**What You’ll Do**:

- Craft, sand, and finish hurleys using traditional tools and modern machinery
- Learn how to work the bandsaw, sander, and stamping tools (training provided)
- Pack and prep orders for local and international delivery
- Join us at pop-up shops, GAA days, and community events across the country
- Be part of a small team proud to keep hurl-making alive and thriving

- 18+ years old (due to machine use)
- Strong attention to **detail**and **pride**in your work
- Reliable, on time ( essential), and ready to learn
- A **love**for hurling, sport, or just making things with your hands

**WHAT YOUR**_**TYPICAL**_ **DAY WILL LOOK LIKE**:
**9am**: Team meeting with Emmet and Colum.
**9.15am**: Get workshop prepped for the day ahead, marking out planks.
**9:45am**: Check on all machines, workplace cleared ready for Manufacturing.
**11:00am**Colum’s Barista time
**11:15am**:Continue with Manufacturing for the rest of the morning.

**1:00pm: LUNCH**
**1.45pm**:Other workshop activities including stamping, sizing, gripping.
**2.30pm**:Finishing, polishing smoothing hurleys on Belt sanders.

**3:00pm**: Banana, Apple or Biscuit time.
**3.10pm**Preparing plank selection for Premium Hurls.
**4.30pm**: Basic Workshop clean up, shavings, tidy benches.
**5.00pm**: Gloves off, head home

*every day will be different as is every ash plank, every hurl and every customer

**The Nitty Gritty**:
We work in our manufacturing workshop at **1 Drumkeeran Road, Antrim, BT412JY**.

We pay **full-time salary of 9-5pm Mon
- Fri,** but our public opening hours are **11am to 6pm - Monday to Friday and 10-2pm Saturday.**

We're looking for someone who can be in-situ and ready to go for championship orders for the start of August
