Debur Supervisor

Intermach Engineering was established 25 years ago and is a privately owned company. We specialize in producing quality CNC machined components for a variety of high-end sectors. We own all of our machines, buildings and assets and we operate on a long-term strategy. We have a great team and are looking for a new member to join us.

**The Role**

We are currently recruiting for a Debur Supervisor. This is a hands-on role and involves the finishing of machined components with the use of hand-held deburring and finishing tools and the supervision of a small team of 3 other people. You will be responsible for planning work to achieve deliveries to a monthly production plan. You will also assist with the packing of the components ready to send to customers. Previous experience within a debur or assembly line role would be an advantage, however full on-site training will be provided for this role. This role is a permanent position and is for 39 hours per week.

**Skills and experience**
- Good hand eye coordination needed with great attention to detail
- Previous debur experience would be an advantage
- Previous production line experience would be an advantage
- Previous supervision of a small production team
- Able to adapt to multiple tasks
- You should be enthusiastic and enjoy being busy
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to work with a flexible approach in a dynamic workplace

**The job and conditions**
- Full time position
- Salary: Good Salary + Overtime
- Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am to 5pm, Friday 8am to 1pm
- Overtime may be required
