The organisation is looking for Innovative and Creative Higher-Level Teaching Assistants (HLTA) to join their friendly teams at their Outreach provisions in Doncaster. In this role you would be expected to ensure all children and young people within theircare are secure and receiving the best possible educational provision and outcomes.

Working alongside the Head Teacher and other Teachers the Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) will support with learning activities, help plan lessons, prepare teaching materials and resources. You will give clear and effective teaching to secure pupilprogress whilst assessing the development, progress, and attainment of pupils. You are also contributing to an integrated model of care and outreach developmental plan whist supporting the pupils, recognising, and responding to their individual needs.

The organisation is looking for a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) who has a good understanding of the national curriculum framework and differentiation. Ideally, they would like you to have gained an education standard of up to degree level, whilstshowing evidence of vocational education or experience relevant to this post. Having experience of working with SEMH children would be advantageous.

This is a Term Time role.
