The Fish is a family owned, 4 AA Red Star property featuring a stunning seafood restaurant "Hook" (2 AA rosette) which serves sustainable Cornish seafood. Our guests can also enjoy our beautiful lounge and bars areas, which serves gourmet hotdogs and small plates, alongside cocktails and all kinds of delicious regional tipples. We regularly host events, large and small, and offer stunning outdoor spaces to dine, relax and sip away on a cocktail or two. As such we are a busy venue We are now looking for waiters to support our F&B Manager in helping lead our mission of providing a truly exceptional, guest-led experience within all of our F&B activities. You will ideally hold the following experience: - Working in a similar role in a red star (or equivalent) luxury hotel setting - High volume F&B experience - Guest focused and obsessed with 5* guest experience - Experience in wine/bar/cocktail service - An absolutely meticulous eye for detail - Highly adaptable with a fresh, forward thinking approach to creating truly memorable guest experiences We offer a hourly rate of either £12 or £12.40 depending on experience, and a full time contract of 40 hours per week, plus a share of the service charge and gratuities. We also offer meals on duty and work uniform. Are you looking for part time?
