**Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer** required on a full time, **permanent** basis in **Leamington Spa**, benefitting from a salary of £36,504-£42,323.36 per annum, depending on shifts working rotating fortnightly shifts.

As the **Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer** your role will be conducting all the operations necessary to ensure the operational readiness and reliability of equipment. A meticulous, proactive individual, who can work independently and takethe initiative. Someone who is receptive with excellent communications skills who is keen to learn new professional skills and develop their career.

**Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Reporting to the Site Facilities and Safety Manager,
- Carries out maintenance work in line with the schedule and processes defined by the command line, respecting safety rules and working conditions (preventive and corrective)
- Makes sure that equipment is well maintained and available for the production activity
- Enters information on repairs conducted in the computer system and updates machine files
- Suggests improvements to resources to optimise safety conditions, quality, machine uptime, and production costs
- Communication between shifts ensuring handovers is effective (written and digital),
- Ensuring cleanliness and organisation of maintenance department and working areas,
- Maintenance of site facilities including compressors, boilers, chillers, fire systems, lighting, and general building status
- May be involved in the acceptance phase of new equipment or take part in development, as well as machine/process moves.
- Internally, liaises primarily with the Maintenance and Production department, as well as external relations (contractors/suppliers).

**Multi Skilled Maintenance Team Skills & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a Maintenance Engineer function,
- Time served apprenticeship in engineering function would be advantageous but not essential.
- Knowledge of carrying out maintenance on Robots and other machinery is essential.
- Experience carrying out electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks.
- Ability to have analytical approach with sound problem solving ability.
- Previous experience carrying out preventative maintenance tasks.
- Ability to read and understand both electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Analytical capacity, service minded and diagnostic capabilities
- Strong attention to detail to ensure maintenance repairs are carried out to high standards.
- Competent with the use of IT, Word Excel, and PowerPoint. _Essential_

**WORKING HOURS**:
39 hours a week, working on a rotating fortnightly shifts basis

**Monday - Thursday 7:00am - 16:00pm
Friday 7:00am - 12:00am

**Shifts
**Monday - Thursday: 06.00am - 14.00pm or 14:00pm - 22:00pm
Friday: 6:00am - 13:00pm or 13:00pm - 20:00pm

**Nights**
Monday - Thursday: 22.00pm - 06.00am
Friday: 20:00pm - 03:00am
