You will support the implementation of commercial activities using your experience of cross functional working,revenue management and an understanding of sales operations. We are on an exciting growth trajectory and are looking for someone to join us in this key role to support the change. **What will be expected of you** You will be responsible for coordination and implementation of key commercial activities across the business, increasing transparency, balancing supply and demand, and achieving profitability. Importantly you will have expertise in engagement and collaborationto bring people on the journey. You will be responsible for delivering net new revenue growth by effectively planning and executing solutions sales processes and activities focused across our markets. Your role will play a critical part in the commercial planning activities of all 3 markets within GB, Ireland and South Africa. Putting the customer at the heart of everything you do you will exemplify ‘Immer Besser’ (continuous improvement) in the way you work. Driving excellence for customer channels. You will think critically and be willing to challenge the status quo to makeimprovements. Driving initiatives to support the implementation of key commercial activities such as selective distribution agreements, POS excellence, field sales excellence and margin business improvement plans. You will bring relevant experience within a premium commercial planning role and have a high level of emotional intelligence. Highly experienced in sales, revenue management, experience of Sales and Operations planning (S&OP). You will be able to demonstratewhere you have used critical thinking, relationship building both locally and internationally and be customer orientated with the ability to influence and lead senior customer networks. In addition to a strong commitment to your personal development and growth, we can offer you salary up to £85,000 plus bonus and a car allowance coupled with competitive benefits package. We offer hybrid working from our offices in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.
