Flowers Associates are recruiting for a Sales Admin Co-ordinator to join a well-established, growing company based in Leicester LE8 to support the sales team and Accounts Managers with professionally servicing, large client accounts through a high standardof customer service and quality administration.
We are looking for someone who is great with people and able to build strong relationships with customers, clients, and internal team members as well as have proven, strong administration skills. This person will have excellent communication skills and theability to work well as a team player, liaising with people across the business.
The Role:
The main responsibility of this role is to provide sales administrative support to the sales team and customers, receiving and processing orders and credits in a timely manner, following company guidelines, documentation procedures and quality standards.
The successful Sales Admin Co-Ordinator will be responsible for the following duties:
- To support the National Account Manager or field staff as allocated, ensuring all account needs are dealt with professionally and in a timely manner to a high standard.
- Keep the Account Manager informed of any issues arising and seek to resolve in their absence where possible.
- Prioritise and input orders in a timely, accurate manner, checking input details to minimise error rate and endeavour where possible to increase order value.
- Answer telephone calls, dealing with a range of customer enquiries including orders, invoice queries, price checking, product queries, catalogue requests, complaints, both efficiently and effectively.
- Deal with new customer enquiries, passing to the appreciate Sales Representative as required, sending any appropriate catalogues and forms to new customers in order to set up an account.
- Advise new customers of the company’s terms and conditions, minimum order value, carriage paid values, etc.
- Follow procedures as set out by the company in relation to all aspects of operations and customer specific needs, ensuring process maps and customer files are updated regularly, filled in a manner that complies with company policy.
- Communicate customer feedback to their Account Manager, altering them to potential areas of concern relating to the sales process, and any other recommended improvement.
- Liaise with the warehouse regarding orders, delays in order to give time accurate updates to the sales team, Account Manager, and customers as well as print labels where necessary.
