**Requirements**:

- Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, PeopleSoft) is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate data management.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Experience with ATS software is an advantage.
