Established for over twenty-six years, Entel is a fully independent UK based Corporate International Group which has firmly established itself as a prominent leading global player in the radio communications industry. Entel operates its own design and manufacturing divisions, with distribution centres throughout the world.
The role does not require you to have any specific qualifications or experience as full training will be provided. Important skills that will help you to succeed in the role include good concentration, attention to detail, being able to work quickly without compromising quality and work to tight deadlines. It is essential that you enjoy a repetitive task, are a good team player and able to work well with others to achieve good results. You will also need to be able to move and lift heavy items.
**Key duties and responsibilities - Workshop Assembly**
**Operational**:
- Carry out repairs/rework and radio programming within SLA’s
**Control**:
- Fully understand all stages of the service repair process, ensuring output is in line with business
- Gain full product and technical knowledge to be able to carry out role and respond to customer and internal enquiries
- Ensure all working areas are a clean and safe working environment
**Key duties and responsibilities - Warehouse**
- Pick and pack equipment based on order requests.
- Unload and unpack deliveries.
- Complete monthly stock count and stock adjustment.
- Book repairs into system
- Support workshop team, to include programming of radios.
- Support and liaise with other internal departments such as Sales Administration.
**Key requirements**
- Proficient using a PC
- Be able to manage a busy workload with conflicting priorities, working under pressure to meet targets
- Dextrous and able to work on small products
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent English
- Ability to use own initiative, work diligently without supervision, and be flexible
- Customer focused with a calm demeanor
- Good organiser with an eye for detail
- Ability to complete repetitive work whilst retaining concentration
- Able to reliably get to our offices in Elstree easily (there is limited public transport).

**What we offer**:
- Competitive salary
- Regular full-time hours (37.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday)
- Holiday of 23 days per year, plus normal Bank holidays

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £18,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
