**Core Function & Principal Responsibilities**

As a Marketing Apprentice, you will collaborate with our marketing managers and senior manager, plus our broader strategy and studio teams in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand and maintain the marketing channels and initiatives we oversee for our clients.

This apprenticeship will help you acquire marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various marketing strategies. In this role you will gain broad experience in the discipline with the opportunity for promotion within an ever growing team.

The key responsibilities of the Marketing Apprentice, but are not limited to:

- Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
- Perform market analysis and research on competition
- Support the marketing team in daily administrative tasks
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)
- Prepare promotional presentations
- Help distribute marketing materials
- Develop campaign ideas and manage small promotional budgets
- Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
- Help organise marketing events
- Support in the delivery of campaigns
- Write copy for use across campaign outputs - including digital

**Required Skills & Personal Attributes**:

- Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
- Solid understanding of different marketing techniques
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices
- A passion for the property sector, including retail
- A creative flair
- Current enrollment in a related Bachelor’s degree
