Finatal are working with a PE backed Software development business looking for an experienced FP&A interim to join the business and support various internal projects during a sustained period of growth. In the midst of several acquisitions, you’ll need totake ownership for setting the blueprint for successful integration of commercial finance, assisting with DD modelling, scenario planning and making improvements to core FP&A processes across the group. You’ll need to be a true business partner to the CFOand occasionally liaise with PE, providing commentary for and preparing board packs.

The role:

- Integration of recent and future acquisitions: developing a blueprint to drive efficiency
- Business partner with sales, ops and marketing to ensure cross departmental synergy during integration
- Review of existing group FP&A processes, ensuring a plan is formulated and executed over the coming months
- Support the CFO on an ad hoc basis to deliver strategic growth, both acquisitive and organic

You:

- Finance qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Prior experience of successful interim assignments in PE portfolio’s
- Software/ SaaS experience is highly desirable
