**Graduate Client Manager (European Languages) - Manchester / Remote - £25,000 - FMCG**

Our client works with some of the UK’s biggest brands to help them understand the drivers of their performance and revenue. They establish integrated consumer insight and market measurement to inform clients across the globe with strategies for growth. Withoffices in the UK and USA, you will be joining an ambitious business at an exciting point in their growth journey.

They are now looking for a Graduate Client Manager (European Languages, who is ambitious and will work closely with many of the world’s leading drink brands to help them make better and more informed decisions. Managing a portfolio of world-renowned clients,you will build and maintain strong and long lasting peer to peer relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers.

You will be crucial in driving business growth through best-in-class client management and developing proactive account plans to meet client retention & budget targets. As an expert on both the market and the clients suite of services, you will identify,propose, upsell and implement the most appropriate projects or solutions in order to exceed client’s ROI & service expectations.

As a Graduate Client Manager (European Languages you will have the opportunity to be part of a great team based in theUK which is expanding into new international markets, developing new capabilities and working with the biggest food and drink suppliers across this vibrant sector.

**The Role**:

- Overseeing the delivery of all work & presentations for the client, with input into the storyboard and narrative, especially in more complex projects.
- Working with the team to ensure projects are consistently delivered to the highest standard & on time.
- Responsible for delivering excellent customer service at all times
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met and yearly account plans are implemented to truly add value to clients and enhance the relationship.
- Working collaboratively and communicating with clarity across the client facing teams, to ensure high quality projects and insights are delivering true value across the portfolio of clients.

**About you**:

- Able to speak a European Language (e.g. Spanish, German, French, Italian etc)
- Proven experience with working with insights and data and comfortable with creating a story start to finish.
- Talent for finding the 'story’ behind the data and able to see the value this adds to clients.
- Exceptional written and verbal communicator looking to collaborate with internal teams.
- High energy, positive, self-reliant and able to motivate those around you.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment of competing priorities and deadlines.
- A great team player and desire to be a leader within the team.
- A commitment to consistency and following best practice to ensure high standards are maintained across everything the team touches.
- Organised, ambitious, hardworking and up for a challenge.
