**Job Purpose**:
The Graduate Finance Assistant will be an integral part of the Finance department, providing vital support in various financial and accounting tasks. This entry-level position is ideal for a recent finance graduate who is eager to gain practical experience and develop a strong foundation in financial management.

**The Role**:

- Assist in processing invoices and purchase orders.
- Support the Finance team in reviewing and reconciling employee expense reports.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Assist with journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Help maintain budget tracking and variance analysis reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Conduct basic financial analysis under the guidance of senior finance professionals.

**About You**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial calculations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated initiative and eagerness to learn.
