We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking CPCS Groundworker/Groundworker with tickets to join our team.

Technical Skills
- **Excavation Techniques**: Understanding proper digging, trenching, and backfilling methods.
- **Dumper Operation**: Proficiency in operating various types of dumpers safely and efficiently.
- **Site Safety Awareness**: Knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices on construction sites.
- **Groundworks Knowledge**: Familiarity with laying foundations, drainage systems, and other groundworks.
- **Concrete Work**: Skills in mixing, pouring, and finishing concrete.
- **Machine Maintenance**: Ability to perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.

Soft Skills
- **Communication**: Clear communication with team members and site supervisors.
- **Teamwork**: Collaborating effectively with other workers on site.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to quickly address and resolve on-site issues.
- **Time Management**: Efficiently managing tasks to meet project deadlines.

Certifications
- **CPCS Card**: Valid certification for operating plant machinery
