We are looking for a hungry and driven new boiler sales representative to join our journey to the top as we continue our mission to become the household name for Boilers, Bathrooms, Plumbing & Heating in our local area.

The employed package is available for the very best sales representative to cover a 45 mile radius of EX14 9QD. We have a heavy focus on Exeter, East Devon, Mid Devon, North Devon, South Somerset & West Dorset.

You will need to be experienced at sales (closing a minimum 35% of attended surveys), accurate with surveying (ensuring you gather all the necessary detailed information for our installers) and have great attention to customer service and a proven record of providing a fantastic customer experience.

You will need to attend a minimum 20 surveys per week. The volume can be increased once you’ve found your feet. Leads vary from recommendation or our in house lead generation. You will be responsible for booking leads, using our pre qualification sales funnel and following up.

Applicant must have experience in boiler sales. We undertake installations of Gas, Oil & LPG boilers including full central heating installations as well.

Applicant must have a full understand of all heating & hot water systems. We are not just a gas combi boiler swap business. We undertake a huge variety of boiler installations and work with a variety of manufacturers.

Applicant must have experience in using basic CRM Software, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Outlook.

Company vehicle included with smart phone and tablet/laptop.

Office support to be provided to assist with tracking quotations, following up leads and closing clients when needed.

Payroll will be either basic fixed salary plus commission.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
