**OUTBOUND SALES SPECIALIST **- Cyber Security & Software

Our Sales Teams look after small to medium size business right through to some of the largest resellers across the UK. Working with these accounts can be demanding - In this Outbound Sales role, you will drive new business across your account base with the aim of growing the accounts and pro-actively managing new opportunities.

**What is the role?**

You will pro-actively manage and create new opportunities from your allocated account base, developing relationships and growing your accounts to full potential.

This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in Tech Sales. Sales or an office background is ideal, although we’re open to all backgrounds as we will provide full training.

**How will you do this?**
- Manage accounts to ensure positive customer experience, sustained and enhanced customer relationships, and revenue growth within accounts. Handle new business, relationship development, leveraging solutions & services, and new offerings.
- You will be responsible for developing your set account base
- Focuses on growing and develops new business; proactively calls and engages partners to grow sales for assigned accounts and rebuilding of neglected relationships with Westcoast customers
- Work with Westcoast Account Managers on increasing business
- Grow and develop new business; through proactive calls and engaging partners.
- Generate new partner opportunities and follow-up on with Vendor generated leads.
**Is this the role for you?**
- Previous sales experience is preferred
- Knowledge or a keen interest in IT or technology would be beneficial
- Aptitude to work independently to uncover new opportunities
- An excellent communicator and relationship builder
- Ability to adapt to changing situations with confidence and professionalism
- Entrepreneurial and ambitious, with the drive to exceed targets.
- A willingness to learn and motivation to continuously develop your industry knowledge.

**Salary**: Up to £25,000.00 per year
