Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information
- Organise and maintain physical and digital files
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks software
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Provide support during meetings, including taking minutes and preparing materials
- Assist with special projects as assigned

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computerised systems and software, including Google Suite and QuickBooks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of proper phone etiquette
