Legal & General are currently looking for a **Digital Systems Administrator **to join their Group Procurement and Supplier Management area.

Reporting into the Digital & Tools lead, you will **support all requirements related to GPSM digital tools, reporting and administration.** You will assist with the creation and implementation of GPSM's digital strategy and pathway and help ensure that GPSM and the Procurement Centres get best value from the Procurement and SRM tools. At an operational level, you will also be responsible for **managing the existing GEP Smart and Oracle I Procurement systems.**

Key duties will include:
Contribute to and help implement GPSM digital strategy across the “Source to Contract” tools and P2P tools and categories whilst supporting in the identification of opportunities and making recommendations to streamline processes and drive digital change within the Procurement & SRM environment.

Work closely with the category leads to ensure best value from the tools and to drive positive digital change and innovation.

Ensure on-going operational performance of in scope tools and own & manage enhancements, upgrades etc. Participate in relationship management activities with tools providers and internal support teams where applicable.

Operationally manage the access controls, user logs and supporting training and management of the tools.

Ensure that the tools provide appropriate reporting and standard reports for the GPSM team and own & manage monthly reports, wider GPSM team reporting and MI & analytics.

Help to refresh / update in scope policies, approaches and handbooks based on the digital strategy and corresponding change and impact to process and supplier engagement model.
- Working **awareness of Procurement, P2P and SRM tools** such as GEP Smart and Oracle will be required.
- **IT literate** - Able to leverage software tools to **create, analyse and produce required reporting and spend analytics.**:

- At least **intermediate Excel skills.**:

- Knowledge of **project management / change control** best practice and processes to coordinate updates/implementations and manage third parties.
- **Self-sufficient and able to work autonomously** - managing own day and workload.
- Excellent **stakeholder management and communication**

**Job Types**: Temporary contract, Full-time
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Up to £400.00 per day
