We are looking for two people who are customer focused and have excellent communication skills to join our Registration Service team.

Your main duty will be to ensure the safety and comfort of people attending the many types of ceremonies held at the Mansion House, based at 4 Stow Park Circle, Newport. Ceremonies include marriage, civil partnership, naming and re-affirmation of vows.

You will assist registration officers in undertaking their official duties and help to facilitate ceremonies in accordance with Newport City Council and General Register Office procedures.

You will be the first point of contact for members of the public so a friendly and welcoming manner is essential.
