Superb opportunity for career progression within a growing company that specialises in Lettings and Block Management. Due to growth within the block management department, we have an opportunity to join our team to manage the legal aspect of the department.Your role will be within a small team at Hammond Properties Sidcup offices managing existing and new clients and participate in the growth of the company.
**What makes a Legal & Conveyancing Leasehold Manager?**:
- Have a good understanding of property legislation
- Ensure our various sites are in accordance with their terms of lease, legislation, and regulations.
- Dealing with property sales LPE1 enquires and legal transactions.
- Managing consents, licenses, deed of variations, party wall notices, claim notices, lease extensions, RTMs
- Actioning Companies House and legal secretary duties.
- Be able to deal with high pressure situations
- Have an excellent level of customer service skills
- A good keen eye for detail
- Excellent IT skills
- Is motivated, enthusiastic individual and a team player
- Must have use of your own car
