**Key responsibilities**
- Creating warm and welcoming guest experiences.
- Serving guests in the café, and from the deli counter.
- Looking after guests with attentive service and warm hospitality.
- Taking orders, serving to table, and clearing tables.
- Serving from the deli counter, and processing transactions.
- Maximising opportunities for sales throughout the day.
- Following all housekeeping, hygiene, health, and safety procedures.
- Passionate about great coffee, with a natural flair for hospitality.
