**The Role: Housekeeping Team Leader**

The Housekeeping Team Leader energizes and inspires the Housekeeping Team by creating a vibrant and positive work atmosphere. They foster teamwork, lead shifts with enthusiasm, assign tasks dynamically, and provide training to ensure every team member is empowered to deliver exceptional service. **What you will be doing**:

- Delivering the day to day Housekeeping Operation at the Lost Shore Surf Resort (LSSR), Edinburgh.
- Working as a Team Leader of the Housekeeping Team.
- Accountable for delivering a world class visitor experience across the Resort, ensuring that everything is safe, hygienic and legally compliant.
- Reporting to the Housekeeping Manager, the role is a Supervisory role at the LSSR and involves working with and alongside the Duty Manager Team.

**Visitor Experience**:Supporting the Housekeeping Manager and Duty Manager Team to deliver exceptional quality and timely service, drive visitor numbers, act on feedback, and ensure our team provides an unforgettable experience that keeps guests coming back.

**Working as a Team**:Join forces with the Housekeeping Manager to recruit top talent, inspire the team to exceed guest expectations, foster open communication, tackle challenges head-on, and ensure adherence to our people policies for an exciting and dynamic work environment.

**Financial Aspirations**:Collaborate with the Housekeeping Manager to drive our budget goals, optimise stock and costs, support resort-wide income targets, and ensure our team knows how their daily actions contribute to our overall success while adhering to financial policies and procedures.

**Ways of Working**: Ensure the Housekeeping Team adheres to our Health and Safety policy, maintains top-notch cleanliness and hygiene, supports incident management, and keeps accurate records—all while creating a safe and exciting environment for everyone.

**Additional Information**:
As a Housekeeping Team Leader, you’ll need to be flexible with your schedule. Our resort operates seven days a week, and early morning, late evening and weekend work will be required. Your commitment to ensuring the resort’s smooth operation during peak times is essential.
