Admiral Pioneer is growing and we're looking for a Digital Designer UI/UX to join our team. This unique role will be part of the User-Centered Design team at Admiral Pioneer. You will work on a range of media including assets and designs across the Pioneer businesses, developing visual content, brand assets and support proposition teams with UI design and early-stage prototypes.

We’re looking for a creative and proactive team member who is passionate about developing new products and services across a broad range of areas; from mobility, health and wellbeing to newly emerging sectors such as embedded insurance and automation.

**Responsibilities**

As Digital Designer (UI/UX), you will be responsible for:

- Designing user interface elements (menus, tabs and widgets)
- Create social media assets and graphic elements to complement layouts
- Designing compelling responsive web page layouts (webflow)
- Developing ideas with storyboards, wireframes, process flows and sitemaps
- Able to interpret insight and customer feedback into tangible outputs
- Creating a seamless and consistent brand and design across assets: style standards on fonts, colours, and images

**Requirements**:

- Good knowledge of key UI and Design principles (information architecture, usability, graphic / digital design, prototyping, testing)
- Good understanding of prototyping and landing page tools such as Figma or webflow
- Strong knowledge of Figma, Adobe CC Suite
- Experience of testing your design, gathering feedback and implementation
- A degree in design or design related field

- Knowledge and experience of building or maintaining a design system
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Animation for UI - using framer or other tools
- A/B testing experience
