**Join us on the Journey...** Our highly skilled Engineering Department has an exciting opportunity for a Vehicle Technician based in Aston. As a Vehicle Technician you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, repairing and maintaining all mechanical and electrical systems toensure safe and roadworthy vehicles are available and presented to the highest standard to meet scheduled demand.

**What you’ll do**
- Carry out vehicle inspections, identify defects and diagnose faults using diagnostic and test equipment.
- Complete all necessary documentation/systems in line with Company procedures ensuring that comprehensive and accurate maintenance records are maintained.
- Carry out planned and unplanned maintenance, both mechanical and electrical. Diagnose and repair defects identified during vehicle inspection or in-service.
- Carry out all work to a high standard of quality ensuring that the safety and roadworthiness of vehicles remains a priority at all times.
- Support ‘run-out’ and assess and repair driver identified defects.

**What you'll need...**
- NVQ Level II or III, or equivalent, in light vehicle maintenance.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Full UK car licence.
- Industry/workshop experience.
- Computer literate (basic level in Excel, Word and PowerPoint etc)
