**A day in the life of our install team will look like**:

- **Organising diaries for our insulation divisions**:

- **Converting leads into installs**:

- **Securing time and date slots for installers via various software platforms**:

- **Engaging with customers regarding questions around new technology to be installed**:

- **Keeping up to date with target boards to showcase daily achievements**:

- **Liaising with team members and line managers via all forms of communication, plenty of tea and coffee provided**

The role requires attention to detail, strong customer communication along with IT skill, and a passion for sales. You will shadow an experienced team member to begin, along with direct interaction and support from your line manager.
- **We provide full training and support into the role, including providing knowledge of all of the above, such as what all areas of the business do, how renewable technologies work, and customer benefits to ECO4. A willingness to learn is vital as we can teach the specific knowledge needed**_

**What we need from you**:

- Positive energy, patient and customer care background, with a high attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a customer service/sales based role.
- An organised, can do attitude, with the ability to respond with a fast pace environment.
- Experience working with MS Office/Google Sheets or similar.
- _**Guaranteed salary of £22,000, ability to be sales driven to achieve OTE £28,000+**_
