**Office Co-ordinator** required for the UK market leading supplier of liquid filling and capping machinery working within a small and friendly team, based in Princes Risborough.

Reporting to two Owners/Directors.

Modern office environment, open plan office.
- Updating our in-house database (Sales Force)
- Creating new Project Job Files using Microsoft Excel
- Ensuring orders are processed in a timely manner
- Raising invoices to customers and placing orders with suppliers
- Overviewing projects all the way through to deliveries
- Keeping track of progress on all projects and reporting to Directors on weekly basis
- Answering incoming calls and re-directing within the office
- Assisting with sales/spares enquires to ensure follow up is complete
- Liaising with finance to assist with accounts
- Managing Service Contracts, engineers diaries and service sheets
- Booking services when due
- Record keeping
- Arranging transport and dealing with customs clearance
- Covering spares department as and when required
- Follow up on any customer or supplier enquiries
- General office tasks including filling, record keeping and assisting Managing Directors as and when required

**Required Education, Skills and Qualifications**
- Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Sage Accounts
- Sales Force (not essential as training can be provided)
- Multi-tasking
- Attention to detail
- Confident manner
- Can-do mindset
- Carrying out tasks set with accuracy
- Being able to prioritize workload
- Working under pressure to complete tasks
- Very good organisational skills

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
