**Responsibilities**:

- Provide personalized care and support to clients based on their unique needs and preferences.
- Assist with daily activities such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Encourage and support clients in maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including nutrition and physical activity.
- Foster meaningful relationships with clients, promoting intellectual engagement and moments of joy.
- Administer medication and ensure compliance with prescribed treatment plans.
- Accompany clients to medical appointments and provide respite care when needed.
- Assist with household tasks such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and grocery shopping.
- Support clients in accessing leisure and social activities, maintaining relationships with family and friends, and establishing new connections.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with the care team and clients' families.

**Qualifications**:

- Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards older adults and individuals with disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide physical assistance and perform tasks related to personal care.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Willingness to undergo training and continuous professional development.
- Drivers' License would be beneficial.
