**The Millennium Hotel Glasgow** is seeking an experienced F&B Assistant who will assisting in delivering great service to our guests in the bar and restaurant areas.

**As a Food & Beverage Assistant your responsibilities will include**:

- Providing friendly and professional service within food & beverage areas of the hotel, including breakfast
- Confidently communicating the menu and all products available to guests
- Dealing with all payment transactions (Cash, card and room charging) according to company standards
- Ensuring the Food & Beverage areas are clean and tidy at all times

**We are keen to hear from applicants with the following**:

- Experience of Food & Beverage service
- Great customer service skills
- The ability to work as part of a team
- Experience in dealing with payments
- Experience of MICROS would be an advantageous
- Flexible to cover early mornings, evenings and weekend shifts, on a rota basis, as the business requires

- The Millennium Hotel Glasgow is a striking Victorian building, located in the heart of the city’s cultural and retail activities and offers 61 stylish guest rooms. Guests staying in Club and Suite accommodation can enjoy upgraded in-room amenities and access to the private Club Lounge.
