**Devon Area** (Commutable from: Exeter, Exmouth, Tavistock, Okehampton, Great Torrington, Barnstaple, Tiverton, Ilfracombe, Taunton, Plymouth)

Are you a Care Assistant looking to provide round-the-clock advanced one-to-one care for service users with complex and intricate needs in their own homes?

You will be instrumental in delivering person-centred care to individuals coming home from hospital or respite. Using your knowledge and experience, you can support individuals to live safe and independent lives.

You will be required to be on standby throughout the week, ready to go within 6-8 hours to clients throughout Devon.

Network Healthcare is a nationwide home care provider with specialist departments for live-in care, complex care and learning disabilities support.

We aim to facilitate independence for all our service users so that they can reach their full capabilities with dignity and respect within their own homes. This role would suit a Care Assistant, looking for a specialist role that will require the use of detailed knowledge of care for a range of clients coming home from hospital or respite bite.

**The Role**:

- On-call responsibility
- Round-the-clock care assistant with personal care food & fluid and domestic duties
- Administering medication
- Community Access
- 1-14 day assignments
- Travel inside Devon

**The Person**:

- Experienced Care Assistant or similar
- **Prepared to mobilize within 6-8 hours if on Standby**:

- Lives in Devon and surrounding areas
- Full Driving Licence

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary contract, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £700.00 per week
