- An Apprenticeship with Bows & Arrows Group could be just the path for you. We are looking for our 'Class of 2025' apprentices.
Undertaking training to Level 2 or 3, you'll care for children age 3 months to 5 years old at one of our Bows and Arrows sites which are located across Ipswich.
Working 32 hours per week with shifts that may start at 8 a.m. or end at 6 p.m. You will study with YMCA Training with supplementary support offered through mentorship support and direct support and teaching sessions from the company.
There are excellent prospects for permanent employment as an Early Years Educator after qualification. We are proud to be YMCA Training's Regional Apprenticeship Employer of 2018.
**Pay**:Apprenticeship Rate £6.40 per hour
