Business Performance Analyst

A new and exciting opportunity for a Business Intelligence Analyst is now live with the one of the UKs largest innovation project accelerators. This role will be responsible for analysing data from the business and deriving insights for internal and externalstakeholders and it's use in key business decisions.
You will be a key part in the company's strategic journey and collaborate cross-functionally to establish and build visualisations through data to aid in company evaluation and to evidence its impact within the sector.
**Key responsibilities:**
You will work closely with the data owners across the business to assure data collection processes, ensure high quality and timely collection.
Analyse data and produce reports, dashboards, and visualisation.
Work with colleagues to put in place metrics that allow the firm to track and evidence its achievements in alignment with business strategy.
Working closely with colleagues to turn analysis into compelling outcome-based insights on business performance.
Drive the adoption of Power BI across all directorates, including the training of users where necessary.
**Key skills:**
Evidence of working with Microsoft Power BI to develop and interpret reports, dashboards and produce visualisations.
The ability to use data to tell a story.
Strong analytical skills.
Knowledge of the technical management of information and analysis.
