We are a 7 day business so our flexible working rotas normally include a weekend day.

We are looking for an enthusiastic **Baker** to work in our fast-paced kitchen.

Our Cafes bring the benefit of avoiding those late night hours with **no late-night work**

Main duties will be to make our delicious homemade bakery products. Producing various types of scones, large desserts, cakes and traybakes daily and assist in packaging items for retailing in our shop.
- _Permanent position_
- _30 - 40 hours per week_
- _£13.75 per hour (depending on experience)_

Essential criteria:

- Be available to work 30 hours per week
- Be available to work from 630am
- Be available a weekend day
- Have similar baking experience
- Have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude within our team
- Have good knowledge of environmental health procedures, HACCP and written records

Desirable criteria:

- Hold an up to date food hygiene certificate
- Hold a relevant catering or patisserie qualification or certificate
