We’re seeking a future team member for the role **Lead Representative, Client Processing **to join our OPTISM ( Operations, Payments, Treasury, Issuer Services, Markets) t eam. This role is located in **Manchester, UK **with a **hybrid work model **.
**In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (both internal & external).
- Manage the daily transactional workflow within the team, and align team resources accordingly to complete the daily tasks.
- Handle complex client inquiries and escalated requests.
- Provide product knowledge and technical assistance, determining when the more complex problems should be referred to a team leader or senior professional.
- Identify, investigate and resolve escalated and/or complex problems in client accounts or company records.
- Responsible for reconciliations, including reconciling cash breaks, position differences, and gathering and compiling data.
- Responsible for the quality and completion of own work.
- Responsible for allocating and checking work of other team members.
- Responsible for specific supervisory and approval actions.
- Ensure the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards, and is properly reviewed and documented.
- Direct, motivate and develop staff, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team.
**To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following**:
- High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in brokerage processing preferred.
