Technical Product Manager

Technical Product Manager required to join my clients Product Delivery Team. In this role your focus will be on delivering strategic Product software features that are innovative across process mapping, systems integration and user experience. You will defineand deliver solutions for internal and external customers, meeting expectations of quality, time, and budget. You will collaborate with other departments such as Infrastructure, Professional Services and Support to ensure the solutions are deployed, integrated,upgraded and maintained throughout their life cycle. The role: - Will have ownership and maintenance of technical documentation for the relevant Product set, including how it works, how it’s used and how it’s deployed - Lead technical design phases through all quality stage gates, not limited to but including technology research, sizing for functional and non-functional requirements, cost to run, user interface design, upgrade and support planning - Lead development phases through all quality stage gates, based on an Agile development approach and not limited to but including estimation, sprint and release planning, progress tracking and reporting - Manage and carry out sprint and release level testing, providing test reports against functional and non-functional requirements - Manage releases out to stakeholders to a fixed schedule, achieving quality expected of customers and the marketplace - Review and approval of Pre-Product Exceptions (PPE) ensuring the appropriate clarifications are made and escalated as necessary - Contribute to task related activities where required, such as clarification of requirements or testing - A working knowledge of Agile methodologies - A "can-do," proactive and problem-solving attitude - Effective stakeholder management - Able to communicate detailed industry requirements to a technical audience to ensure effective delivery of software - Demonstrate a persuasive communication style with the confidence, ability, and drive to influence others without having a direct reporting line, and with the consideration for necessary cultural adaptations - Ability to solve problems effectively using logic, analysis, past experiences and experimentation This role can be performed remotely with occasional travel to my client’s office in Gerrard’s Cross. Paying up to £55k
