Gardener/groundsman

Tuthill Porsche is based in Oxfordshire and completes restoration projects and builds bespoke road cars. All aspects of Porsche rebuilds are carried out in-house, including engine and transmission builds, rust repair, metal fabrication, roll cage installation and full body paint. We are synonymous with the world’s most successful historic Porsche rally and race cars and have worked with some of rallying’s greatest names.

The working hours in this position are 2 days 08:00-17:00 with a 45-minute lunch break, a total of 16.5 hours per week. The hourly rate is £12-15 per hour, depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Responsible for ensuring the gardens and grounds are in good condition, including mowing and strimming the lawns.
Taking care of items of equipment, including general cleanliness and advising on any faults and the need for maintenance or replacement
Responsible for the safe and tidy storage of supplies and equipment

Ability to maintain productivity and quality standards
Must be a good team player
The ability to plan and follow instructions
Able to use your initiative
Organised and have the ability to multitask
Hardworking and have a good attendance and timekeeping record

**Personal Specification**:
Experience in a similar role would be advantageous
Logical and practical approach to problem solving
Knowledge of safe working practices and health and safety
