**Job description - Junior Logistics and Production Planner**
Vital-Life are a health and wellbeing brand based in Lancashire. We manufacture the brand new to the market Paw Patrol Juice Drinks and Flavoured waters for children. We are now searching for a highly motivated and experienced Junior Logistics Planner to join our team at our offices in our Blackburn Head Office.
**Responsibilities**:
- Administrative support to the Sales Director - including NLFs, Epos and promotional forms.
- Implement internal tracking of invoices for retro triggers/administration such as promotional advice forms (PAFs)
- Have full ownership of the promotional calendar and liaise with the Sales Director on this.
- Competent in using grocery portals such as Asda - Retail Link, Sainsburys - Together With, Boots RSI, Tesco - My Product Induct, Ocado - Olive System and Waitrose - Engage. Full training will be provided.
- Processing orders.
- Liaising with the warehouse on a daily basis to ensure we adhere to delivery instructions for customers.
- Ensuring any ASN are produced and given to the warehouse.
- Shortage reports - maintain customer specific shortage/weekly reports and keep key customers informed of stock availability.
- Maintain stock reservations/allocations in collaborations with sales.
- Invoicing - carry out dispatch confirmations and invoice routines daily and generate/transmit EDI invoices.
- Deal with customer complaints, credit notes, delivery and pricing claims in a timely manner.
- Reporting - daily, weekly and monthly sales reports to the leadership team.

- Retailer link software - mandatory
