As a retail security officer, you will be working in a well-known retail store, providing safety and security to both staff and visitors alike, as well as acting as a visual deterrent to help prevent/minimise stock loss. This store is a well-known supermarket,containing various items such as food, alcohol, and other high-value stocks such as meat, all of which will need to be strictly monitored for theft. You will be representing BardWood and our client, providing a service to the highest standards in a fast paced,prestigious store. The position requires you to have a high level of self-presentation, customer service & communication skills are essential along with a positive/helpful attitude.

**Shift pattern: 6 days a week, mon wed thurs, 13:00- 21:00 fri sat, 12:00 - 21:00 sun 10:00 - 16:00**

**Breaks: Unpaid**

**Rates: £10.50**

**Location: GL5 2AP**

The National Minimum Wage is set to increase to 10.42 by April.

**Required duties**:

- Patrol Retail Store Premises, Investigate Disturbances, Monitor Entry and Exit Points of the Retail Store.
- Act visual deterrent.
- Assisting the customer
- Front desk-based duty.
