**Assistant IFA Administrator - Knutsford - National Wealth Management Organisation - Salary up to £25,000 plus Benefits and Bonus - Full time, office based**
MBF are currently working with one of our best clients who have a fantastic opportunity for an Assistant IFA Administrator. Our client are a National Wealth Management with offices across the UK. This particular vacancy, based full time in their KnutsfordOffice, is perfect for someone with a keen interest in building a career in financial services
The role:
The position will be mainly administrative but you will also be required to cover reception duties such as answering phones and greeting clients. You will be given training on all financial services specific tasks so the role could suit either an experiencedAdministrator or Receptionist who is keen to work in Financial Planning, or a well presented Graduate with the right attitude and great personal skills.
**Duties**:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Ensuring meeting rooms are prepared and cleared
- Calling clients to book review meetings
- Send out meeting confirmations
- Process Letters of authority
- Assist clients with Adobe E sign
- Post in and out
- Stationary orders
- Facilities point of contact and coordinating things like monthly testing, site visits, maintenance issues such as engineer for broken dishwasher
- Some data reporting - MI work full training to be given
**Requirements**:
- Doesn't need FS background but a keen interest in financial services would really help
- Will be 5 days a week in Knutsford office
- Needs good attitude, people skills, welcoming and professional presentation in business dress
- Good organisational skills
- Able to manage own time and workload.
