**The team**

Exciting opportunity for a Film and Video Executive with an impressive social showreel that you’re proud of.

**The role**
- Creating film and video content for Group social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
- Camera operation
- Directing talent in front of camera
- Editing videos
- Empowering agencies and other Market Units by sharing footage
- Increasing creativity in film and video
- Archiving film and video content
- Maintaining film and video equipment
- Assisting with day-to-day film and video related matters

**You’ll be responsible for**
- Supporting with brainstorming and ideas creation
- Developing new film and video series for our social media channels
- Supporting with appropriate archiving of film and video materials
- Maintaining film and video equipment
- Liaising with freelancers and external agencies
- Working with visual creatives - in house, in agency and freelance - to develop assets
- Staying up to date with what’s happening in the film and video industry
- Liaising with global social teams to mine for content ideas and drive consistency of messaging
- Building strong relationships with the internal comms team and other key stakeholders

**You**
- An energetic, enthusiastic team player who’s comfortable working independently
- Great demonstrable experience in creating and commissioning film and video content
- Experience in directing people in front of the camera
- Comfortable setting up and shooting with our in-house film and video equipment
- Exceptional written English and a keen eye for detail
- A creative mindset and a demonstrable passion for film, video and social media
- An impressive portfolio / social showreel which showcases your best work
