**Job Summary**
We are currently looking for an experienced cafe chef who can cope with a fast paced kitchen, preparing, cooking and presenting a wide range of breakfast and lunch time dishes. We require someone who can cope well under pressure, turning breakfast and lunch time items around to cope with all online platforms.

**Duties**
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals.
- Assist in meal preparation, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and properly stored.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service.
- Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking processes to guarantee the best possible dining experience.
- Serve meals to customers, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards.
- Participate in inventory management, including ordering supplies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment is essential, with culinary experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
- Experience in restaurant settings is advantageous but not mandatory.
- A passion for cooking and serving high-quality food is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £12.21-£13.50 per hour
