**Warehouse Operative**

Exciting opportunity for a full time / permanent Warehouse Operative with a knowledge of vehicle parts and components.

Colchester, Essex

£10.00 per hour rising to £10.50 per hour following successful 3 month probationary period

Our client is a Leading Used Automotive Parts Supplier in Colchester, Essex.

This is an established family owned business growing organically and by acquisition.

This is a great place to work and the team now requires a motivated and reliable Warehouse Operative to work at the warehouse in Colchester.

Full training and support will be provided.

More about the role and what we need from you

The main purpose of the role is to assist in the Warehouse, working alongside a busy and well-established team.

The main duties of the role can be summarised as follows:

- Order picking / stocking parts of the business
- Identification of parts using our internal database
- Matching the correct items to the order sheet
- Dispatch the correct items in a timely manner

About you
- Experience working with vehicle parts, a sound knowledge of vehicle parts and components
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work in a competent and efficient manner
- Work well on your own or as part of a busy team
- Strong communication skills
- Work in a fast-paced environment and multi task methodically and safely
- Computer literacy is preferable but training will be given
- Ability to lift some heavy items
