My client who globally recognised organisation within the FMCG industry are currently seeking an Engineering Shift Manager to join their engineering team near Wakefield
**The Role - Engineering Shift Manager**
- Deliver high asset performance, enabling reliable delivery of manufacturing plans
- Ensure that the correct resources are in place to deliver engineering plans
- Ensure that the site is always ready for safety and legal compliance audits
- Ensure department KPIs and targets are delivered on time and in full work
- Work collaboratively with senior management and multiple departments throughout the business along with external stakeholders
**Experience and Responsibilities - Engineering Shift Manager**
- Relevant Electrical or Mechanical qualification or equivalent
- Demonstrable people management experience
- Specific experience of prioritising resources in a busy environment
- Experience and knowledge of Lean and Asset Care
- Knowledge of Planned Maintenance and PPM
