**About the job**:
Distribute and promote equity derivatives and Quantitative Investment Strategies (QIS) to BBVA's institutional investor base. Actively originate and drive the placement of structured equity solutions, including both primary issuance and secondary market flows. Act as the key point of contact between trading, structuring, and clients, ensuring seamless execution and delivery. Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing differentiated market insights, QIS-driven investment ideas, and customized risk-return strategies aligned with clients' asset allocation objectives.
- Be part of the Flow Equity Derivatives Sales team, driving strategic sales initiatives for equity derivatives, exotics products and QIS.
- Focus on expanding business within diversifying our clients base.
- Leverage extensive industry knowledge to foster and maintain strong relationships with clients whilst identifying new revenue opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored derivatives products, capitalizing on market trends and client needs.
- Report on sales performance and growth to senior leadership, delivering detailed and actionable insights.
- Ensure continued revenue growth by leveraging existing resources effectively, relationship management, and market expansion.

**Qualifications**:

- MBA (or equivalent) or related experience will be appreciated.
- Minimum of 3 - 4 years’ experience in equity derivatives sales, with a demonstrated history of delivering revenue growth.
- Proven expertise in marketing equity derivatives, light exotics and QIS to institutional clients.
- Strong track record of working across regions.
- Exceptional ability to drive results through collaboration and strategic vision.
- Advanced understanding of trading strategies, structuring derivative solutions, and execution of equity derivative transactions.
- Able to work closely with a small research team to add value to our clients.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (additional languages such as German and French are a plus).
- IT or programming skills to help the desk automatize some processes will be a plus.
