Application Support Analyst

One of my key clients are looking for two **Application Support Analysts** to join their team on a permanent basis.
This will be a hybrid working role based in **Bath** and will require you to be in the office twice a week. My client is based in the finance industry where they are rapidly growing. This position will require gaining knowledge about the softwareproducts, then help customers with queries and support issues by giving them the best possible outcome. This will be perfect for someone who is looking to develop their career in the financial service industry.
**The Role**:
- Provide customer support
- Log and solve technical and functional support issues
- Problem diagnosis
- Handling service communications and updates
**The Person**:
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Able to understand and pick up technical and business concepts
- Willingness to learn
- Reliable and self-motivated
