**About the role**:
Hidden Hearing are a private hearing care company and we belong to a large group called The Demant Group, who are a leading hearing healthcare and technology group.

Due to career progression, we have an opening for an Ear Care Practitioner in the Hereford and Cheltenham area, the primary focus of this role will be to provide wax removal services to new and existing patients; you will also screen and refer patients to our registered dispensing staff for pure tone audiometry tests as appropriate. The appointments will be carried out at company branches and appropriate visiting sites.

- 08:30-17:00
- Permanent role
- Joining salary is £28,655 per annum and will go up to £31,493 after a successful 6 months probationary period
- Monthly bonus
- Company Car or monthly car allowance
- You must be able to drive as this role will be driving to customers in their own homes as well as branches and visiting sites.

**Training**:
You do need to have any prior experience for this role, but we are looking for someone that may have HCA experience, someone with Customer Service experience and also experience working in a successful sales environment.

We will provide full training which will include:

- 2 x full days of training with Tympa Health
- Microsuction technology
- Regular support/Supervisions/training provided with Tympa Health
- Career progression
- We will provide you with an Ipad/laptop and company mobile phone.
