**Job description**

We are looking for a trainee or experienced recruitment consultant to join the team here at BVS Vets on a full-time, permanent basis.

As a Veterinary Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in the recruitment process by identifying, attracting, and placing top talent in veterinary positions across a range of practices. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Screen CV's.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Assist in developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- **Job Advertising and Marketing**:

- Write compelling job advertisements and post them on relevant job boards and social media platforms.
- Promote job opportunities and the company's brand
- **Database Management**:
**Qualifications**:

- A passion for the veterinary field and an interest in recruitment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Prior experience in recruitment, sales, or customer service is beneficial but not essential.
