Venn Group is urgently seeking an experienced Principal Product Manager for an exciting opportunity with one of our high profile clients. This role is a discovery role for a new product line which will involve onboarding new customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a voice for the user within the company, working hard to understand their needs and pain points and to ensure that we invest in digital products that solve real problems
- Consultant on various digital products with regards to Information Architecture and overall User Experience
- Train and empower partners on UX insights and recommendations
- Conduct research and analyse the performance/potential of current and future digital products in the company portfolio
- Assist with development and management of long-term plans for the company’s digital products

**Essential Requirements**:

- Digital product experience
- Strong digital product strategy creation specifically ability to create completely new products from vague ideas
- Ability to identify, visualise, and present UX insights and recommendations
- Analysis of research of performance/potential of current and future digital products in a portfolio
- Usable insights about users and potential users
- Experience of making data-driven recommendations on how to improve digital products and increase engagement/sales
- Ability to understand and predict gaps in digital products under the company portfolio
- Development and management of long-term plans for a company’s digital products
- Lead on discussions and workshops with internal and external teams to help reach clear business objectives and product direction
