**£650 - £675 per day**
As a Systems Engineer, you may have interaction with and visibility to members of the senior leadership team as well as key business unit stakeholders. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a deeply committed team of recognized informationsecurity experts on high visibility security initiatives for the Bank.

**Required Skills**:

- Highly proficient with Database Technologies - Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL
- Highly proficient with Windows systems
- Highly proficient with Linux systems
- Experience of monitoring technologies
- Experience of tech tools, e.g. Splunk, Horizon, Ansible Tower, BladeLogic
- An appreciation of network technologies
- Data Loss Prevention experience either Administrator or Analyst
- Strong analytical skills/problem solving/conceptual thinking
- Demonstration of a professional, team oriented approach coupled with strong self-motivation and personal initiative.
- Be flexible, responsive, enthusiastic, have ability to work alone and as part of a team and to foster positive relationships.

**Responsibilities**:
Incident, Problem and Change Management duties, including ownership and progression of internal and external faults and technical issues. Own and manage failures within systems through to resolution of the issue, whilst controlling and minimising impact tobusiness areas.
