As a Support Worker, you will be key in supporting adults with complex needs within their own homes. We are looking for positive, compassionate, and caring support workers who have the right values and attitude to grow and develop with Gray healthcare.
**Job Introduction**
I am a gentleman looking for a Support team to help me live independently in my own home.
I will need your support to help keep me safe, build upon my independence and make the best use of the opportunities afforded to me.
**Main Responsibilities**

We are looking for positive, compassionate, and caring Healthcare Assistants who have the right values and attitude to grow and develop with Gray healthcare.
A positive attitude, compassion, resilience, and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people we support improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because of you.
As of 11th November 2021 all care staff must be double vaccinated against COVID-19 in line with Government guidelines unless you have evidence of being exempt.
