Cleaning Operative

We have a great role available if you are an experienced cleaner looking for afternoon/evening work. We're looking for a self-motivated person to join our cleaning team at a school in Longfield as a cleaner.

The hours of work will be 12.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday, from 3.30pm

Pay: From **£10.42 per hour**

Location: New Ash Green School, North Square, Longfield, Dartford DA3 8JT

Cleaning is based on term time hours of 3.30 pm 6pm and deep cleans in the school holidays and cover / overtime. This position requires an enhanced DBS.

At least one year's experience of cleaning is essential and we would would prefer experience as a cleaning operative.

All cleaning equipment and chemicals are supplied.
- Overseeing the general cleaning, hoovering, sweeping, mopping, emptying bins etc in both classrooms and communal areas.
- Helping to manage staff
- Cleaning and tidying surfaces, including removing marks/stains
- Using various cleaning apparatus (supplied)
- Cleaning toilets and sinks
- Ensure all cleaning tasks are carried out to the expected standard
- Represent our company as one of the faces of the business, working with a team to uphold our high standards.
